What are the quality requirements and inspection and acceptance requirements of roof waterproof engineering?

(1) Quality requirements of roof engineering

      The quality of roof works shall meet the following requirements during acceptance of divisional works:

  1.There shall be no leakage or ponding in the waterproof layer.

  2.The materials used in roof engineering shall meet the design requirements and quality standards.

  3.There shall be no sand and loose layer on the surface.

  4.The thickness, moisture content and apparent density of the insulation layer shall meet the design requirements.

  5.The structure of gutter, eaves gutter, flashing and deformation joint shall meet the design requirements.

  6.The paving method and lapping sequence of coiled materials shall meet the design requirements, the lap width shall be correct, the joint shall be tight, and there shall be no wrinkle, blister and edge warping.

  7.The thickness of the coating waterproof layer shall meet the design requirements, and the coating shall be free of cracks, wrinkles, flowing, bubbling and exposed matrix.

  8.The surface of the rigid waterproof layer shall be smooth, calendered and free from sand, peeling and cracking.The dividing joint shall be straight and in correct position.

  9.The sealing material for caulking shall be firmly bonded with the base on both sides, and the sealing part shall be smooth and straight without cracking, bubbling and falling.

  10.The base course of tile roof shall be flat and firm, the tiles shall be arranged in order and straightness, the overlapping shall be reasonable, the joints shall be tight, and there shall be no incomplete tiles.

 

(2) Contents of roof engineering quality inspection and acceptance

  1.Inspection and acceptance of preparatory work: before the construction of waterproof engineering, it is necessary to check whether the roof engineering has passed the joint examination of drawings, whether the construction scheme or technical measures are complete, whether the process arrangement is reasonable, whether the progress is scientific, whether the quality requirements are clear, whether the quality objectives are formulated; to review the qualification grade of the waterproof professional construction team and the work license of the construction personnel; and to check the roofing materialsCheck the quantity and integrity of construction machines and labor protection appliances.

  2.Inspection and acceptance of base quality: before the construction of leveling layer, check whether the quality of structural base course meets the requirements of waterproof engineering construction, whether the quality of raw materials of leveling layer is qualified, whether the proportion is accurate, whether the water cement ratio and consistency are appropriate; whether the position of division joint formwork is accurate, whether the cement mortar is compacted, whether the slope is accurate, whether the secondary calendering is carried out in time; levelingLayer surface quality inspection.

  3.Inspection and acceptance of insulation layer quality: whether the type of insulation layer material is correct, whether the quality is qualified, whether the thickness of plate is accurate; whether the proportion of overall cast-in-place insulation layer is correct, whether the mixing is uniform, whether the compaction degree meets the requirements; whether the layered virtual paving thickness and compaction degree of loose thermal insulation material are the same as the parameters determined by the test; whether the plate-shaped insulation material is paved smoothlyWhether the slab joint gap is filled with similar materials and whether the joints of upper and lower plates are staggered; whether the leveling layer and waterproof layer are constructed in time after the insulation layer construction is completed; if there is rain before covering, whether temporary covering measures are taken, and the water content of the insulation layer shall be measured again after the rain. 

  4.Quality inspection and acceptance of waterproof layer: before the construction of waterproof layer, check whether the quality of base (leveling layer) is qualified; whether the waterproof layer materials and supporting materials are qualified by sampling inspection; whether the climatic conditions during the waterproof layer construction meet the requirements; whether the detailed structure has added additional reinforcement layer according to the requirements; whether the line is snapped before the coiled material is paved; whether the construction sequence and construction technology of the coiled material are correct; andWhether the pasting direction is correct, whether the bonding method meets the design requirements, whether the air on the bottom surface of the coiled material is exhausted, whether the lap width of the coiled material meets the requirements, whether the joint of the coiled material is reliable and whether the sealing is tight; whether the waterproof coating proportion is accurate, whether the mixing is uniform, whether the amount of each brushing is appropriate, the degree of uniformity of brushing, whether the number of times of brushing and the total amount of coating meet the requirementsRequirements: whether the interval time of painting is enough, whether the laying direction and lap width of matrix reinforcement material meet the requirements, whether the thickness of film waterproof layer meets the design requirements; whether there is an isolation layer between the rigid waterproof layer and the structural base, whether the position of the division joint formwork is correct, whether the formwork is firm, whether the type and specification of reinforcement meet the design requirements, and the spacing and position of reinforcementWhether the proportion of fine aggregate concrete is accurate, whether the mixing is even, whether the concrete of each grid is continuously poured, whether the concrete is compacted and troweled, whether the secondary calendering is carried out in time, whether the curing time is timely and sufficient, whether the curing time meets the requirements, whether there are defects such as cracks, shelling and sanding on the surface, and whether the allowable deviation of surface flatness meets the requirements.

  5.Quality inspection and acceptance of the protective layer: whether the waterproof layer has been accepted and qualified, whether the protective measures are taken during the construction of the protective layer; whether the protective layer of light color paint is evenly applied, whether there is leakage or exposure; whether the mung bean sand, mica or vermiculite are evenly distributed and whether the bonding is firm; whether there is isolation between the protective layer of cement mortar, block material or fine aggregate concrete and the waterproof layerWhether the position of layer and dividing joint is accurate, whether the cement mortar or concrete is dense, whether there are defects on the surface; whether the drainage slope of the protective layer meets the design requirements.

  6.The quality inspection and acceptance of tile roof: whether the tile and its supporting materials are qualified in sampling inspection, whether the base quality is qualified, whether the node position is strengthened, whether the waterproof layer is inspected and accepted; whether the water strip and tile hanging strip of the flat tile roof match the material size; whether the paving nails are flat and firm; whether the flat tile is paved firmly; whether the fixed measures are taken when the slope is too large; whether the tile surface is yesWhether it is neat, flat and straight; whether the covering direction and size between ridge tile and flat tile, between ridge tile and flat tile is correct; whether roof ridge and inclined ridge are straight; whether the number of fixing nails of linoleum tile is enough, whether the nail cap is exposed, whether it is closely attached to the base course, whether the butt joints between the linoleum tiles are staggered; whether the installation and fixation methods of metal plates are correct, and whether they are overlappedWhether the joint width meets the requirements, whether the joints between plates are sealed, whether the sealing is tight, whether the bolt fixing point is tight, whether the cornice line and flashing section are straight.

  7.Acceptance of thermal insulation roof: whether the waterproof layer is qualified before the construction of thermal insulation layer and whether measures are taken to protect the waterproof layer; whether the quality of overhead thermal insulation products meets the requirements; whether the roof is cleaned before the construction of overhead slab; whether the bottom of buttress is strengthened; whether the spacing of buttresses is accurate; whether the overhead slab is paved with base mortar; whether the laying is smooth and stable; and whether the adjacent slab surfaceWhether the height difference of the planting roof meets the standard, whether the slab joints are tightly filled; whether the division and structure of the water storage area are correct; whether the position size and elevation of the drainage pipe, overflow outlet, water supply pipe and water outlet meet the design requirements; whether the drainage slope of the planting roof is accurate; whether the planting layer and water drainage layer materials meet the design requirements; whether the location, size and elevation of the drain hole meet the design requirementsrequirement.

  8.Leakage inspection of roof waterproof layer: check whether there is leakage and water accumulation on the roof, and whether the drainage system is unblocked. It should be carried out after rain or after continuous watering for 2 hours.The water storage time of the roof that may be tested for water storage shall not be less than 24 hours. During the inspection, the ceiling of the top room shall be carefully inspected one by one.If there is leakage, record the state of leakage, find out the cause, and repair it in time until there is no leakage on the roof.
