From the development trend of general steel structure to the structure of high-rise residential buildings and high-rise residential buildings, large-span indoor space steel structure – latticed shell, spherical grid, more, suspension bridge, etc., the supporting force membrane structure engineering of our company is from wide steel structure.At the beginning, it has developed into high-rise residence and long-span space system.

In addition to the qualified raw materials and high-precision manufacturing, the construction quality of steel structure also needs effective installation and processing technology. At present, the key installation methods of steel structure include: mechanical equipment installation, earth method installation, earth machine integration installation, hoisting and installation, improvement of installation and load installation. Steel structure is different from material procurement, manufacturing, installation to finished products.There are often different provisions for the structure. In terms of the installation method, the installation processing technology and hoisting method are formulated according to the construction quality, production safety, ensuring the construction period, low cost, safety and civilized construction level factors and integrating the different characteristics of each project. 

(1) . the components shall be maintained as much as possible during handling and transportation to prevent the components from being damaged during transportation.

(2) For some primary and secondary components such as steel purling, supporting points, corner braces, etc., due to the small bending stiffness and large total number, they should be packed in the process of transportation, and it is forbidden to weigh them separately, which leads to the disorder of shipment.

(3) . the components to be transported must be shipped in accordance with the procedures and procedures specified for hoisting, and the supply of supporting facilities shall be considered as much as possible to ensure the successful hoisting on site.

(4) the components shall be placed on the transport vehicle symmetrically. During loading, they shall be symmetrically operated to ensure the fixation of the vehicle body and the components in the vehicle.

(5) The main and secondary components and key components are loaded and transported together. It is not allowed to pile up super heavy components on the main and secondary components, resulting in the stress deformation of the components.

(6) . during the transportation of the components, the skid shall be placed, and when the galvanized steel wire rope is used to fix the components, the maintenance of the four corners of the components shall be done well to avoid the deformation of the components and the cutting of the galvanized steel wire rope. For the unstable components, the support frame shall be selected to be stable.
