1.Construction method

       Control thickness of reinforcement cover:

       According to the design requirements, the cover thickness of the slab reinforcement is 20 mm.

       Reinforcement binding and installation

       The lap length and joint position of steel bar binding joint shall meet the requirements of structural design specification and specification.

       The distance between the end of the overlapping length of the reinforcement and the bending part of the reinforcement shall not be less than 10 times of the diameter of the reinforcement, and the joint shall not be located at the maximum bending moment of the component.

       In the tensile area, the end of the binding joint of grade I reinforcement shall be provided with a hook, and grade II reinforcement and cold drawn belt rib shall not be provided with a hook.At the joint of reinforcement, the center and both ends shall be firmly tied with iron wire. 

       The binding joints between the stressed reinforcement bars must be staggered.Within the range from the center of any binding joint to 1.3 times of the lap length, the percentage of the cross-sectional area of the load-bearing reinforcement with the binding joint to the total cross-sectional area of the stressed reinforcement shall meet the following requirements: the tensile zone shall not exceed 25%; the compressive zone shall not exceed 50%.

 

2.Reinforcement engineering quality control

       As the supplier, the steel selection plant must have the steel bar factory certificate, raw material quality certificate and raw material test report for each incoming steel bar.After entering the site, the reinforcement shall be subject to joint acceptance and retest of raw materials in batches, and it can be used for engineering construction only after it is qualified.

 

Finished product protection

       The construction team of reinforcement engineering is the main person responsible for the protection of finished products. Professional teams such as water and electricity cooperation construction should have the protection measures of reinforcement engineering before operation, and the protection of finished products should be implemented to people.

       It is forbidden to trample the bound steel bar, and the springboard or platform shall be laid for formwork erection or concrete pouring.

       It is forbidden to spot weld or fix embedded parts with the main reinforcement (except for lightning protection and grounding).

       Special personnel shall be assigned to take care of the concrete pouring, and the deviation shall be adjusted immediately.

       The main reinforcement of the column exposed to the slab surface shall be protected with plastic (PVC) casing during concrete pouring.

 

3.Concrete engineering

       Overview: the project is steel structure floor concrete, about () m3. The concrete is mechanically mixed by our concrete mixing station. The concrete is transported to the west side of the construction site by the self unloading concrete transport vehicle, and then transported vertically to the fourth floor by the concrete pump truck.
