Processing and manufacturing steps of steel structure:

        ① It must be carried out in the order specified by the processing technology. When there is concealed engineering welding, it must be welded first, and it can be covered after passing the inspection.In order to reduce the deformation, large parts shall be installed and welded as much as possible, and large parts shall be assembled after correction;

        ② The assembled parts and components shall pass the inspection, and the rust, burr, stain, snow, oil stain, etc. on the connection surface of parts and components and within the range of about 30-35 mm along the welding edge shall be removed neatly;

        ③ When laying out and assembling the die sleeve, its precise positioning must take into account the receiving amount and feeding amount of pre discharge welding;

        ④ In order to reduce the deformation of large-scale assembly welding, large-scale assembly welding shall be adopted first, and then large-scale components shall be assembled after correction; the first sample of mold sleeve and assembly shall be tested before large-scale assembly;

        ⑤ The assembly of panels and aluminum profiles shall be carried out before assembly; the assembly of components shall be carried out after component assembly, electric welding and correction, so as to reduce the internal stress of components and ensure the manufacturing quality of commodities; the concealed engineering parts of components shall be painted in advance;

        ⑥ When the steel structure is processed and manufactured, the polishing and jacking parts shall be specified, and the jacking surface shall be close to 75% of the total area;

        ⑦ For the components processed in production, the serial number of the significant parts shall be marked with paint first, indicating the drawing number, component number, product quantity, etc., so as to facilitate the search.
