Paint matching: what kind of paint is suitable for steel structure of chemical plant?

Selection of steel structure paint in chemical plant: Alkyd epoxy polyurethane acrylic polyurethane silicone fluorocarbon resin.

Requirements for painting of steel structure in chemical plant: 1. Sand blasting and derusting of steel structure parts that have been blanking to Sa2.5.2. The prepared parts after sandblasting shall be painted with epoxy iron red primer within 4 hours, with thickness ≥ 40 μ M.3. The pre welded parts (both sides of the weld bead during welding) of the prefabricated parts shall be coated with weldable inorganic zinc rich paint with a thickness of ≥ 25 μ M.4. After the primer surface of steel structure prefabricated parts is dry, the epoxy micaceous iron intermediate coat with thickness ≥ 60 μ m shall be applied.
