3.Cutting: cut off the redundant part according to the setting out line.The blanking method is usually applicable to manual cutting and automatic cutting (flame, plasma, water partition), etc., which depends on the use and quality requirements of the structure you want to do.In the process of blanking, we need to be careful and careful.We must strictly abide by the setting out line. The maximum error is 2 mm.If it does not meet the requirements, it must be reworked, laborious and time-consuming.If the situation is serious, the whole part will fail and the waste of materials will be wasted.

4. punch: select the hole template in advance according to the drawing requirements.The formwork is fixed on the component (spot welding) according to the specified position, and the drilling hole is fixed by the drilling machine through the hole position fixed on the formwork.In order to reduce heat and protect the bit, water needs to be added to the borehole.When finished, remove the hole template.

5.Assembly: in the words of familiar workers, it is called “living”. In the process of living, you must control your size, do it with your heart, or directly affect the following steps and results.This requires the riveter to know that the drawing has its own experience.The more experience you have, the better you will be and the faster you will be. 

6.Welding: this needs to meet the welder requirements.Welders must emphasize the quality requirements you need, including welding methods and welding methods.Before assembly, only simple positioning welding is needed.

7. correction: correct the deformed structure to make the product meet the drawing requirements.The correction here is not like a professional correction course.It only corrects some uneven parts, such as connecting plate, such as hammer.If the part is seriously deformed or the whole needs to be corrected, the part must be returned to the correction class.
