Preventive measures for existing problems in steel structure workshop!

1.Improving the fire resistance of factory buildings

Steel has a direct impact on the fire resistance of the plant. Because the steel is not resistant to high temperature, under high temperature environment, the strength of the steel itself will be significantly reduced, resulting in the deformation and even failure of the components of the steel structure. Therefore, the fire resistance of the steel structure plant should be improved to the limit to prevent the plant from failure and collapse immediately in case of fire.In order to improve the fire resistance of steel structure, in addition to the modification of the data elements of steel production, the modification of steel structure and metal lographic arrangement, and the improvement of the fire resistance and weather resistance of steel, the spraying method is generally used to improve the fire resistance of steel structure in the construction process, and the spraying thickness is reasonably planned and sprayed according to the planned value.As the most economical and effective method, the spraying method has a fast construction speed, which is especially suitable for the steel members with disorderly shapes.But at the same time, this method has the disadvantages of rough appearance and difficult finishing. In the construction process, it should be polished with certain planning methods.

2.Reinforced steel structure

In the planning process of steel structure workshop, the safety and stability of steel structure should be considered. The reinforcement of steel structure can be completed by changing the structure.According to the distribution of the steel structure, the load, joint properties and the way of transmitting force are changed reasonably. The steel structure is strengthened by the measures of additional members and supports, prestressing and strengthening the cooperation of space.

3.Roof and support planning

In order to improve the overall rigidity of the steel structure workshop, ensure the safety and stability of the workshop, prevent the excessive deformation of the members and the instability of the compression bar, it is necessary to reasonably plan the form of the steel structure, the distribution of the equipment, the length of the temperature section and other factors, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the workshop support system.The support system can be set between the columns in the temperature section of the power house, and the horizontal support of the roof can be installed harmoniously.The lower column support of the power house shall be set at the center of the temperature section as far as possible, so that the crane beam and other components can freely expand and contract to both ends of the section with the change of temperature.At present, there are two main types of steel structure roof: rigid roof composed of two layers of color profiled steel with insulation cotton and composite flexible roof composed of color steel plate inner plate, insulation layer, air separation layer and membrane waterproof layer.

4.Reasonable planning of temperature expansion joint

The change of temperature will cause the deformation of the steel structure workshop and make the steel structure present the temperature stress. When the plane scale of the steel structure workshop is large, in order to prevent the steel structure from presenting the large temperature stress, the temperature expansion joint should be reasonably set in the vertical and horizontal directions of the workshop and the interval of the section should be determined according to the steel structure specification.In general, through the way of setting two columns to deal with the temperature expansion joint, the rolling support can be set for the longitudinal temperature expansion joint at the roof truss support. 

5.Antirust treatment of steel structure

Because the appearance of the steel structure is directly exposed to the atmosphere, it is easy to have corrosion phenomenon, and the humid or corrosive medium environment will accelerate the corrosion of the plant.During the planning of steel structure workshop, attention must be paid to the rust prevention treatment of each component. In combination with the corrosion medium and environmental conditions of the steel structure, the planning should be strengthened in the general drawing, process arrangement and data selection of the steel structure to ensure the safety of the workshop structure during the probation period.The antirust treatment mostly combines the difference of environment and coating property, and carries out the number and thickness of antirust primer and finish coating, so as to give full play to the role of coating in corrosion prevention.
