The project will result in a new office building and a vertical addition to the historic building adjacent to the property. The two buildings will be internally connected to the addition and existing floors utilizing vertical circulation components like elevator & stairs. The illustrations show a steel and/or cross-laminated timber structure. The building will have glass facades to let in light. A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
