       1.Location measurement

 

According to the planning data, retest the horizontal elevation, axis and column distance of the root.Mark the cross inserting line of the vertical and horizontal axes on the top surface of the root bottom as the positioning datum of the device column.

 

  2.Column device

 

In order to eliminate the influence of errors in column length manufacturing on column elevation, before hoisting, measure 1 m downward from the upper plane of bracket as the section of theoretical elevation, mark the obvious mark, and use it as the benchmark for adjusting column elevation.On the upper surface of the column base plate, mark the cross inserting line of the vertical and horizontal axis passing through the column center, which is used as the benchmark for positioning the column device.During the installation, the cross inserting line on the column and the root shall be overlapped. First, the elevation of the column shall be checked with the level gauge according to the mark on the theoretical elevation of the column, and then the cushion block shall be used for compaction and the foundation screw shall be tightened.Then use two theodolites to check the straightness of the column from the two axis directions, and use double nuts to tighten the bolts after reaching the requirements.For the column of single unstable structure, temporary protection measures can be taken by adding wind cable.As for the columns planned to be supported between columns, the stability of the structure can be enhanced by means of the support between columns.

  3.Crane beam device

 

Before the crane beam device, it shall be checked, and the device can only be installed when the deformation does not exceed the limit.After the single crane beam is hoisted in place, it shall be connected with the bracket by bolts in time, and the connecting plate between the upper edge of the beam and the column shall be connected. The leveler and the theodolite shall be used for adjustment, and the bolts shall be tightened after meeting the requirements.

 

  4.Roof beam device

 

Before the roof beam is assembled on the ground, the components shall be checked. When the deformation of components is not over the limit, the friction surface of high-strength bolt connection is free of silt and other sundries, and the friction surface is confirmed to be flat and dry, the components can be assembled on the ground.During assembly, oil-free sleepers are used to pad up the components, and wood bars are used to support both sides of the components to enhance stability.The roof beam is assembled with two columns as a unit. After the unit is spliced, check:

① Straightness of beams;

 

② The distance dimension of bolt holes connected with other components (such as columns).After the adjustment and inspection meet the requirements, tighten the high-strength bolts.

 

  5.Accessory device

 

Roof purlin and wall purlin shall be installed at the same time.Before the purlin device, check the deformation of the component, if there is any out of limit treatment, remove the oil and sediment on the component surface.Several purlins shall be hoisted together as a group, and the inclination of purlins shall be checked after the completion of a span device.It is required that the straightness of purlin shall be controlled within the allowable deviation range, otherwise, it shall be adjusted by using the connecting bolt (add cushion block if necessary).

 

  6.Recheck, adjust, weld and repaint

 

After hoisting, recheck and adjust all components. After reaching the planning requirements, weld on site and repair the damaged parts of component paint.
