How to solve indoor color board condensation?

Solution: make a good insulation layer, eliminate water vapor, and there is no cold bridge between indoor wall and outdoor

1.The reason of condensation is that the temperature of the plate is lower than the dew point (the temperature when condensation occurs) and there is water vapor in the room.

The solution is to increase the thermal insulation effect, so that the difference between the surface temperature and room temperature is generally within 3 degrees.

2.Glass wool absorbs water greatly, and the heat preservation effect is greatly reduced after absorbing water.

It is suggested to make a vapor barrier layer (i.e. sandwich aluminum foil or white polypropylene facing the room) to prevent water vapor from entering the insulation layer.And increase the insulation thickness, generally to 1.7 times.

3.Increase ventilation: ventilation will lower the room temperature, reduce the temperature difference on the board surface, and reduce the indoor relative humidity.

Aluminum foil tape shall be used to connect the lap joint to ensure air tightness.

(2) Pay attention to the tension of steel wire mesh to ensure the proper suspension between adjacent purlins when laying steel wire mesh on metal roof. In case of emergency, the inverted nail board should be laid on the top of the production line to prevent condensation water from dripping into the production line; for the double method of metal roof, the indoor roof panel should be laid in the order from the ridge to the eaves, and the corresponding condensate water structure should be considered in the eaves gutter designMake.It is very important to prevent condensation in light steel structure workshop with large evaporation.It may produce: glass wool is saturated with condensed water, which leads to the double increase of roof load, the condensation water drops into the production line, which leads to the contamination of equipment and products, and the deterioration of indoor environment.
