How to carry out inspection or acceptance after construction of steel structure engineering

Inspection of steel structure engineering

It is mainly made of steel structure, is one of the main types of building structure.It is characterized by steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses and other components made of profiled steel and steel plates; the structure with welded joints, bolts or rivets is one of the main types of building structures.Compared with other constructions, steel structure has advantages in use, design, construction and comprehensive economy.  1、 Steel structure material thickness

Standard equipment should be used to measure the thickness of steel structure materials, and the uniform value should be taken. The film thickness should be greater than 2mm.When puncturing, use colored pen to mark and do not repair again.

   

 2、 Anchor bolt review   

 The first installation of steel structure is the foundation bolt in the foundation. The supervisor can go to the installation site and brush the mixed material on the flat foundation repeatedly. The film thickness is 1.2-1.5mm. After 7 days of storage, it is in 1% water for 7 days, and then wait for 24 hours in 50 soil 2 foundation bearing platform for dumbbell tensile test.

   

 3、 Wall material review:   

 The wall material is mainly made of color steel plate or sandwich board. When installing, the corner of the material should be checked to see if it is damaged. If the material is damaged, it should be replaced in time. If it is installed, it will cost a lot of labor to remove it later.

   

 4、 Paint application review   

 Paint is the basis of rust prevention. If the environment does not have it, the effectiveness of steel structure can be checked by grass test method. The method is to brush the workshop on non-woven fabric in 46 times. After drying (about 24 hours), the film thickness is 1.2-1.5 mm, and the shape of the buffer box is suspended, but no corner is left. Then add 1% alkali water into the box, and no leakage is found in 24 hours.

   

 5、 Material compliance review   

 Spray paint on the steel structure, and brush the factory building mixed on site to the material. The thickness of the film is 1.2-1.5mm. After drying, it is removed from the color steel plate and placed in the room for 7 days. After that, the strip with a length of 120-150 mm and a width of 20 mm is cut, and the material measurement is adjusted to – 25Put the specimen into the material body for 30 seconds, and entangle it with a 10 mm diameter round rod for both positive and negative entanglement, and no crack is taken as the image.If there are cracks, note that the emulsion is low and soft enough.
