2、 The layout of the basket bolt position on the horizontal support should be reasonable, not too far away from the main beam, should be considered to be convenient for installation.Otherwise, the workers must lean out to tighten the basket bolts or use the climbing ladder, or climb up the purlin to tighten the flower basket bolts after the purlin installation is completed, which is very unsafe.In addition, we should also consider the layout position of the corner brace, and do not fight with the corner brace when arranging the horizontal support.

3、 Do not unilaterally consider such factors as “tension side and pressure side” on the tension hole of purlin, and make holes with different edge distance, because it is easy to install reversely during installation, and the result is unfavorable

.4、 Corner panels for doors, windows, etc. cannot be generalized because you cannot guarantee that the panels are at the crest or trough of the profiled panels during construction.

5、 When doing large-scale projects, the convenience of production, delivery and installation must be considered in the deepening drawing numbering.

6、 We must understand the real meaning of “load data” provided by Party A, because Party A often does not understand these professional things.We should do transposition thinking, the preliminary work is done, the follow-up work will be carried out much better.

7、 The location of high-strength bolt should be reasonable, and the construction space of the torque breaker and torque wrench should be considered. Do not install the high-strength bolt because the space is too small and the torque wrench can not be in place, resulting in the failure to break the high-strength bolt plum head or the high-strength bolt cannot be tightened.I have encountered some designs that do not even give the position of the sleeve.

8、 If it is possible to connect plates with high strength bolts, symmetrical bolt arrangement method shall be adopted as far as possible.There used to be 4 joints on the top and 6 on the bottom. Some of them were turned upside down by the workers in the workshop. I’m sorry to come on site.

9、 If there is brick wall maintenance for light steel structure, it is necessary to connect with the construction unit and civil construction unit in advance, because it involves two aspects of civil engineering and steel structure, because the brick wall of civil engineering is likely to be uneven, but the flashing of color steel plate is impossible to be large or small. As a result, the gap between color steel plate and brick wall is larger and smaller, and the flashing treatment between color steel plate and brick wall is larger and smaller.It is very difficult to do a good job, so that the construction unit has the heart to prepare.

10、 Anchor bolts are usually buried by civil engineering units, and steel structure manufacturers draw drawings. Sometimes they can rotate the position of anchor bolts by 90 degrees. When rechecking, it is too late. It is not surprising that there is a deviation of 50 ~ 100 mm for you.Therefore, it is necessary to give special reminder before construction, and it is better to have the written basis for disclosure (self-protection).

11、 Spring plate connection should be used as far as possible for the connection between wind resistant column and steel beam, because the deflection of beam in the middle span is relatively large after installation. If the beam of gable is connected with wind resistant column with bolts, the roof will be uneven.

12、 The layout of roof purlin and the detailed drawing of steel beam should be carefully checked. It is often found that the number of purlins in the layout drawing of roof purlin is not in line with the detailed drawing of steel beam.

13、 The gusset plate has no stiffening rib, and some designers have not designed it, which results in deformation of gusset plate during subsequent welding.

14、 When the beam column is used as the tie bar connecting plate, the hole is not properly extended. In some places, because the connecting plate on the tie bar is too long, the space is too small and the tie bar is too long to put in.Some secondary beam structures often have this situation.  

15、 When the strip window is made, the stiffening rib of purlin supporting plate faces the window direction, so when the strip window reaches this rib plate, it can not walk through.In addition, countersunk screws should be used when installing purlins with strip windows.

16、 The upper strip window of the door is too close to the upper frame of the door, so there is no awning position.

17、 The brace between the upper and lower purlins of the window frame is not well arranged, and the end of the brace conflicts with the window frame.

18、 The types of steel plate and high strength bolt should be minimized, and the cost of material test should be considered.In particular, when the construction is carried out in different places, some on-site supervisors do not recognize the tests made by the factory.

19. The connecting plate of purlin should not be designed as square as far as possible. It is easy to reverse assembly in the workshop.

20、 There is no insulation layer in the inner gutter, and a “cold bridge” is formed indoors, which causes dripping and condensation.Anti condensation paint shall be applied under the gutter, or polyurethane insulation layer shall be sprayed, and other heat preservation treatment can also be done.

21、 If sandwich plate is used for roof slab, it is estimated that water leakage will occur within half a year (if the span is slightly larger).A check of the roof panel outer board has a few broken marks, because it did not consider the repeated heat expansion and cold contraction in the sun.In fact, after the construction is finished (when there is sun), you can go inside and listen to it, and you will know what’s going on.
